Diego joined Bryden Wood in May 2017 after finishing his MArch in Emergent Technologies and Design at the Architectural Association, and having worked as an architect in Lima.

The evolution of architectural design through computational tools inspires Diego’s exploration as a professional architect and designer. He has a particular interest in interactive simulations and multi-objective algorithms as design drivers for urban, landscape and architectural projects.

Diego’s work at Bryden Wood has included: computerised models for parametric design of highways infrastructure; digital landscape analysis for new construction strategies of smart motorways, and; design of ‘big data’ visualisations for residential schemes. Diego is committed to uncovering the potential of computational analysis as a critical decision-making tool throughout different project stages.
