Ines is an ARB-registered architect, qualified in Architecture and Urbanism from the ETSAM, Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, Polytechnic University of Madrid.

She joined the Architectural team at Bryden Wood in 2015. Since joining us, she has been involved in a variety of projects across different sectors, such as public and private, health and aviation, working through the different RIBA Stages and using BIM as the main tool to fully coordinate all aspects of the design. This has enabled her to gain experience in multidisciplinary coordination throughout projects and to deliver them without compromising the design process and the project timeline.

She has been involved in the development of a prototype for Amazon Logistics, aiming to achieve a standardised building design that will enable construction on different sites across Europe with a reduced programme.

Over several years, Ines has contributed to a series of projects where standardisation is the key factor, such as residential developments with modular unit apartments. She is leading the development of a Reference Design’ for data centres; a hybrid design involving offices and IT infrastructure. She has also worked extensively on prison design, implementing Design for Manufacture and Assembly as the key strategy to deliver the project.

Passionate and motivated about architectural design, she is always keen to contribute with initial sketches, creative ideas and design decisions at the initial stage of projects. This has given her the opportunity to cooperate widely within the architectural team on a wide range of projects at different RIBA Stages.
