Ines joined Bryden Wood in 2015. Originating from Spain she studied architecture at the Faculty of Architecture Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. She recently finished her Master’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism in 2014.
Her final degree project was the renovation and rehabilitation of a large block of residential towers in Barrio del Pilar in Madrid. For this she provided a system of strategic programmes to effectively reconsider the housing and public areas, resulting in the reactivation of the entire neighbourhood. During her studies she under took various internships in Spain, working on Competitions, Public, Residential and Rehabilitations projects. Throughout this time she gained further experience in on site design and solving detailing drawings. During her start at Bryden Wood Ines became involved in the development of Gatwick South Terminal Pier 1. The project provided her with a wide range of knowledge in construction and structural details.
Currently, Ines has been focused on the design of a Biopharma site for GlaxoSmithKline, helping with the concept design, planning application drawings and the development of the project. She has also been involved in several other projects including Circle Birmingham and LoR Explore Living.
Ines’s knowledge and experience of BIM software, alongside her experience in a variety of different project typologies, has enabled her to make a significant contribution in 3D modelling and the development of architectural plans.
