There are many benefits to working at Bryden Wood – beyond the range and scope of projects we work on, and the ideas and innovation that run through everything we do.

A culture of openness, integration and collaboration is fundamental to Bryden Wood. It underpins our approach to solving complex design challenges, but is also central to our purpose as a company. No-one works in a silo, and everyone benefits from exposure to - and collaboration with - other disciplines and approaches.

We are committed to supporting personal and professional development, and helping people achieve their full potential. We invest considerable time and resources into our technology, and making sure our people are able to get the most out of it. We understand the commitment required to stay ahead of the curve.

9-Day Fortnight

We have adopted a 9-Day Fortnight - where we close all our offices one day in every 10. This is not about working extra hours on the other days - it's a question of working smarter and more efficently so that everyone can enjoy a genuinely Free Day every fortnight.

Blended working

We adapted quickly to remote working and the benefits it can bring. Our offices are all open now, but we will (of course) follow any government guidelines in the countries where we operate, should the situation change again.

Some teams operate more remotely than others, but we will have blended working across the company in the future.

Other benefits, and wellbeing

Other benefits we offer include competitive salaries, a generous pension scheme and private health insurance.

We are focused on physical and mental wellbeing, with online activities for remote working, sports clubs and a range of regular sporting activities, meditation and yoga sessions in our offices, and a popular cycle to work scheme.

We encourage an active social culture including weekly breakfast or afternoon tea, monthly drinks and quarterly full socials.

Bryden Wood is an unusual company doing exceptional work. If you'd like to join us, you'll find all current vacancies here.

Bryden Wood Apprenticeship Scheme

We recognise the importance of investing in future generations. So in coordination with the UK Government’s National Apprenticeship Service, we run an advance scheme in Digital Delivery. Focused on providing young people with the opportunity to gain high quality work experience while studying, we offer a dynamic working environment for gaining recognised professional qualifications.
