There are many benefits to working at Bryden Wood – beyond the range and scope of projects we work on, and the ideas and innovation that run through everything we do.

A culture of openness and collaboration is fundamental to our approach to solving design challenges, but also to our philosophy as a company. No-one works in a silo, and everyone benefits from exposure to different disciplines and approaches.

We are committed to supporting professional development, and helping people achieve their full potential. We invest considerable time and resources into our technology, and making sure our people are able to get the most out of it. We understand the commitment required to stay ahead of the curve.

We are focused on physical and mental wellbeing, with sports clubs and a range of regular sporting activities, meditation and yoga sessions in our offices, online activities for remote working, and a popular cycle to work scheme. Our active social culture includes weekly afternoon tea, monthly drinks and quarterly all-company socials (which have been virtual, recently, of course).

Financial benefits include a generous pension scheme and private health insurance.

Bryden Wood Apprenticeship Scheme

We recognise the importance of investing in future generations. So in coordination with the UK Government’s National Apprenticeship Service, we run an advance scheme in Digital Delivery. Focused on providing young people with the opportunity to gain high quality work experience while studying, we offer a dynamic working environment for gaining recognised professional qualifications.
