We are looking for highly motivated and skilled applicants to join our award-winning Creative Technologies Team as ‘Lead Analyst’ in our Singapore office.

This role is suitable for a creative individual who can work independently. Critical thinking alongside flexibility and agility will be vital to approach the wide variety of projects and problems that we, as a team, encounter.

At Bryden Wood, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team with a broad range of skills, working together to secure a brighter future for the built environment. You will carry out analytical work for some of our key clients in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and other sectors, building complex process models and generating insights to help inform better design outcomes. 

As Lead Analyst, you will be expected to manage our analytics group in Singapore on a day to day basis. You will report to Directors locally as well as in our London office.

As a client facing team member, you will be required to travel across the region to service project needs, as well as travel to London for collaboration with the rest of our team.

Communication is crucial to the role – you will be expected to describe and demonstrate the process and outcome of your work to internal and external audiences. 





  • Organise our group of analysts
  • Coordinate across the different disciplines within Bryden Wood


Client-side communication

  • Presentations (to explain our approach and activities)
  • Report writing (to communicate our findings)


Project management

  • Brief development
  • Proposal writing
  • Resource planning



  • Modelling complex problems and interpreting results
  • Statistical modelling
  • Data analysis and visualisation



  • Master’s degree (or higher) in STEM or another quantitative subject


Technical skills;

  • Multiple programming languages including Python, R and Javascript
  • Data visualisation software including Tableau and Power BI
  • noSQL database technologies
  • Discrete event modelling and/ or agent-based modelling
  • MS Excel (advanced)
