Bryden Wood have partnered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore to co-author their new BIM for DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) Essential Guide. The Guide has been developed to present a strategic approach to adopting DfMA approaches on projects through the use of BIM. Together with BCA, Bryden Wood conducted case studies on a range of early adopter projects in Singapore to develop the Guide, as well as drawing from our own practice experience. The Guide has been published online by BCA as part of their ongoing series of Essential Guides which are intended to support the ongoing development of the design and construction industry in Singapore. The full document can be viewed and downloaded from the Singapore Government Corenet here.
