Sevdalina joined Bryden Wood in August 2019 as a Part II Architectural Assistant after successfully completing her Master’s degree at Manchester School of Architecture.
In her thesis project she explored the idea of a low-carbon development in a dense urban environment through the use of a digital tool for urban planning. The tool was used to evaluate existing proposals and in the early stages of master planning which earned her a distinction.
Prior to joining Bryden Wood, Sevdalina has spent over four years in practice gaining experience across the Education, Healthcare and Residential sectors as well as developing a keen interest in the use of data and computation to design and build better.
Since joining Bryden Wood, Sevdalina has been working on a modular housing scheme, expanding her knowledge in DfMA, Systemisation and offsite construction. She believes that through the adoption of new construction techniques resources can be reduced while increasing efficiency and value in the construction industry.
