Alex joined Bryden Wood in the summer of 2016, following his graduation in Masters of Architecture from the University of Westminster.
During his studies, Alex worked within many complex and troubled contexts, including the Mediterranean migrant crisis surrounding the Italian island of Lampedusa, and the continuing struggles of the Palestinians in West Bank and Gaza. His final project, ‘Gaza City Power Collective’, sought to address the exhausted living conditions experienced in the crumbling city, looking to create new centres to rebuild from by providing sanctuary.
Prior to Bryden Wood, Alex has worked with numerous practices, working mostly on residential and educational projects within London and is looking to expand on his previous experience. Since starting, Alex has been involved in a modular school project for the Education Funding Agency, and a large scale multidisciplinary project for the Government.
