Ammad is a new addition to the St Albans office M&E team, having started in June 2016. He has extensive experience of working on high-end residential and mixed-use development projects along with some exposure to museums and heritage projects. He is very keen on continued professional development and strives to keep up to date with industry standards and guides. He has recently started MSc in Building Services Engineering with Sustainable Energy and working towards chartered status with CIBSE.
Since joining Bryden Wood, he has developed Building Information Modelling skills to ensure systems are coordinated in a complex construction or refurbishment project. He is currently involved with electrical design, Revit 3D modelling and coordination of ‘Churchwood Gardens’ which is a residential development project. He is also electrical lead on the Johnson Matthey Platinum group metals refinery project from the concept stage with stringent deadlines and complex engineering concepts.
