Charles joined Bryden Wood in July of 2017 as a Junior Electrical Engineer. With experience in various sectors of electrical engineering; completing his apprenticeship working for a precious metals refinery installing and maintaining various systems and electrical devices. Charles’ is also a qualified electrician with practical knowledge of installation and maintenance in all manner of electrical fixtures and devices; both industrial and residential.
Charles was involved in the electrical design for various projects at BrydenWood, including; London Southbank Passmore Centre, New Barnett and Copthall leisure centres, Johnson Matthey Precious metals refinery, Ministry of justice sites and military base sites. Currently, Charles is working on the electrical design for Queen’s Theatre London, incorporating his past experience with regards to regulations; such as Health and Safety legislative requirements and BS7671 requirements for Electrical Installation into his work.
As an aspiring electrical engineer, Charles thoroughly enjoys his work in electrical design; with a long term goal to become a chartered engineer. Charles is continuing his studies and has 5 years’ experience towards an HND and Degree.
