Ines Escribano

Ines Escribano

Architecture | Project Architect | MArch. ARB

Ines qualified in architecture and urbanism at the ETSAM, Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura, Polytechnic University of Madrid. She joined Bryden Wood in March of 2015, having previously work in architectural practices in Spain.

Since joining Bryden Wood, she has been involved in a wide range of projects, such as Gatwick Airport – Terminal South Pier 1, which has enabled her to gain experience in construction detailing, multi-disciplinary coordination and delivery of information through the use of BIM. Lately, she has been involved in a variety of smaller scale projects in medical, residential and public sector, working through different RIBA stages, from concept design to project completion.

Passionate and motivate about the architectural design, she is always keen to contribute with initial sketches, creative ideas and design decisions at initial stage on projects. This has given her the opportunity to cooperate within the architectural team in a used-mixed scheme, cinema facility and government public schemes.

Prison design is her new challenge, a large-scale project, in which she has been working since two years ago, involved in the design from conception. Ines now, in collaboration with other members of the team, coordinates and overlooks the design process of the project. She is very excited to develop this extensive programme to further stages using BIM as a coordination and delivery strategy and DfMA as a construction system.
