Lauren began working at Bryden Wood in March 2017. Lauren is the Receptionist for the St Albans Office but also covers Document Control when needed.

Lauren greets and welcomes clients, guests and all other visitors. She answers telephone calls, takes messages and forwards on all relevant calls. Lauren schedules and confirms meetings and maintains calendar events. Lauren also supports the other departments with day-to-day administration.

When covering document control, Lauren will be responsible for: the creation of numbers for documents. Checking, revisions and the distribution and retrieval of information from various other document management system.
