Sergio joined Bryden Wood in September 2017. He finished is Master’s degree in architecture in 2014 in the University of the Basque Country in San Sebastian, Spain. He is interested in achieve an accurate architectural design matching the concept of the project and technical requirements. Sergio is concern about the development of the construction detailing and its relationship with the user comfort and the energy efficiency, so he is also certified Passive House Designer.
Previously in Spain he collaborated with the University in the international contest of energy efficient solar houses Solar Decathlon Europe, and he gained experience in several offices developing mainly residential projects along different stages of designing and construction.
Within Bryden Wood he has worked on projects such as a Florida beach house, a factory for GSK or in the expansion phase of Circle Birmingham hospital-Rehab in which he is applying his experience in BIM modelling.
