Valerie moved from Toronto, Canada to the UK and began working at Bryden Wood in February 2014. Valerie sits at the reception desk but is currently making a transition into Document Control. To begin her document control journey, Valerie will be undertaking the Heathrow projects.
At the reception desk Valerie greets and welcomes clients, guests and all other visitors. She answers telephone calls, takes messages and forwards on all relevant calls. She schedules and confirms meetings and maintains calendar events. Valerie also supports the other departments with day-to-day administration.
As a document controller, Valerie will be responsible for: the creation of numbers for documents, checking revisions, and the distribution and retrieval of information from various other document management systems.
